Hi, I have one and I had to put it on my computer as I have a quad monitor setup and the builtin HD4600 couldn't support more than one monitor running on 2560x1440. It's quite annoying as it works perfectly under Windows but. Until now I couldn't find other solution. Now I have two displays on each card - 1 x 2560x1440 + 1 x 1680x1050 and it's working well. I didn't have any problems until today when I updated to 10.9.2. At the beginning the computer didn't start - was hanging on Sound Assertions on AppleHDA. And some line numbers.

After I tried with GraphicsEnabler=No and now I'm using the comp again. Before the update I had the enabler set to Yes but now had to change it. Still have those Sound Assertions but it boots and I don't, at least for now, notice any issues.

Zv5000 driver for mac. I used the same Quadro FX 580 on my older machine first on 10.8 and then on Mavericks when it came out. Again had the GraphicsEnabler set to Yes. It supports the higher resolution of 256x1440 on two monitors.
Creative labs sb0310 driver for mac. The only issue is that I couldn't make it to use both DisplayPorts - under Mac the card outputs to the first DP and the DVI. I'm still looking for a solution on this but for now I'm OK with my setup. Hope it helps!
